Job summary

First Tactical is seeking an Independent Contractor to sell a range of tactical products to military, law enforcement, security agencies, and outdoor enthusiasts. You can manage your own schedule and work remotely, with commissions based on sales performance.

Travel to client meetings and trade shows will be required, and you will be provided with contacts, samples, collateral, and a territory management tool.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in relevant sectors.
• Strong knowledge of tactical gear and equipment.
• Ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated to work remotely and manage schedules.
• Strong organizational skills and multi-account management.
• Familiarity with military, law enforcement or security sectors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with government and security clients.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline across military and law enforcement sectors.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate clients on gear benefits.
• Coordinate wear tests and gather feedback to improve product offerings.
• Perform regular client visits and maintain accurate records of deals and interactions.
