Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience.
• Experience building or scaling a system, panel, or industrial solution business with measurable impact.
• Experience leading hardware design standards and reusable templates.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams for opportunity intake and execution.
• Ability to influence stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Systems Business Strategy and translate it into a scalable operating model for panels and systems.
• Lead hardware design standards, panel architectures, and reusable engineering templates.
• Coordinate System Business Coordinators for opportunity intake, bid support, and delivery handoff.
• Build standard system offerings to improve proposal speed, design reuse, and margins.
• Expand customer value via automation hardware, networking, cybersecurity, software, and lifecycle services.
