Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 8+ years engineering experience in manufacturing, industrial, or electrical products.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing engineering teams.
• Experience interpreting customer specifications, drawings, and manufacturing documents.
• Experience with engineering design, product configuration, and order execution processes.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, engineering systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of order engineers configuring busway/busplug solutions per requirements.
• Manage the order engineering workflow for on-time release of docs, BOMs, drawings, and changes.
• Provide technical leadership on applications, standards, and design requirements.
• Drive engineering execution to meet customer commitments and production schedules.
• Collaborate with sales, project management, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and product engineering teams.
• Review specs and drawings for compliance with capabilities, codes, and standards.
