Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Mechanical, Software, Systems Engineering from ABET-accredited university.
• 3 to 5 years of progressive automotive engineering experience with integrated automotive systems.
• Solid grounding in INCOSE requirements decomposition and ISO 26262 functional safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead CFO definition, alignment, and execution across global vehicle platforms.
• Bridge customer expectations and engineering implementations; conduct benchmarking.
• Shape global feature strategies with cross-functional teams and ensure best practices.
• Provide platform and program technical support across core vehicle platforms.
• Direct competitive benchmarking and VoC clinics to derive system requirements.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory directives, and safety constraints.
• Coordinate multiple teams to manage complex technical deliverables.
• Communicate complex topics clearly to non-technical leaders and stakeholders.
