Job summary

Hard Rock Digital seeks an experienced Systems Manager to lead our core systems administration team. You’ll manage health, security, and scalability of identity, endpoint, and cloud infrastructure for a 1,300+ global workforce, reporting to the Director of IT.

You’ll mentor staff, drive security and compliance, and partner with security, DevOps, and application teams to enable smooth, scalable operations across on-prem and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in systems administration or systems engineering.
• 2+ years in a leadership or team-lead capacity.
• Experience with enterprise identity and directory platforms, including lifecycle management, authentication, and access policy administration.
• Experience with endpoint management across macOS and Windows fleets.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure administration (major cloud providers, containerized services, secrets management).
• Demonstrated ability to manage, coach, and develop a technical team.
• Comfort working in a regulated environment with audit and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of systems administrators; set priorities and review work.
• Oversee identity, directory, and endpoint management platforms; ensure high availability and security.
• Drive standardization of configuration, patching, and lifecycle management across the environment.
• Own incident and problem management for systems outages and coordinate cross-functional response.
• Work with security, DevOps, and application teams on infrastructure needs for new initiatives.
• Represent systems in planning discussions for technology rollouts.
