Job summary

Hard Rock Digital is seeking an experienced Senior/Principal Systems & Integrations Engineer to design, build, and operate the AI-backed systems behind our platforms. You will connect large language model platforms to internal systems, build automation tooling, and support secure AI rollout for a 1,300+ global workforce.

You will lead integrations across identity, ITSM, endpoint management, and AI tooling, working within IT Operations and reporting to the Director of IT.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in systems engineering, integrations engineering, or platform engineering with production ownership.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and agentic tooling, tool-calling, and AI integration protocols.
• Strong scripting/programming (Python and/or JavaScript) for building integrations, automation, and internal tooling.
• Experience with enterprise identity platforms and directory/API-based identity management.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, including containerized services and secrets management.
• Familiarity with endpoint management for macOS and Windows fleets.
• Comfort working in regulated environments with audit, access control, and compliance considerations.
• Strong troubleshooting across identity, network, endpoint, and application layers.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain integrations connecting LLM platforms and other AI tooling to internal systems.
• Own and evolve internal automation bots and agents that streamline IT operations workflows.
• Support and extend the enterprise AI platform deployment, including registrations, auth flows, secrets management, and proxy services.
• Evaluate new AI tools and integration patterns and translate them into working systems.
• Collaborate with DevOps and security on credential architecture and secure-by-design patterns.
