Job summary

Hard Rock Digital, a leading online gaming company, is seeking a Systems Manager to direct IT Operations, overseeing identity, endpoint, and cloud infrastructure for a 1,300+ global workforce. You will mentor a teams of systems admins and partner with the Director of IT on staffing and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in systems administration or systems engineering, with 2+ years in a leadership or team-lead capacity.
• Experience with enterprise identity and directory platforms, including user/group lifecycle management and access policy administration.
• Experience with endpoint management across macOS and Windows fleets.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure administration (major cloud providers, containerized services, secrets management).
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop a technical team.
• Comfort working in a regulated environment with audits and compliance.
• Strong troubleshooting across identity, network, endpoint, and infrastructure layers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of systems administrators, setting priorities and supporting professional growth.
• Oversee identity, directory, and endpoint management platforms for high availability and security.
• Drive standardization of configuration, patching, and lifecycle management across systems.
• Own incident and problem management for systems outages with cross-functional coordination.
• Ensure operations align with audit, access control, and compliance requirements.
