Job summary

ECS Federal is seeking a Systems Integrator to work remotely in the United States. The role centers on enterprise Windows imaging, deployment, and maintenance using SCCM/MECM and MDT.

You will update images for Windows 10/11, create WIMs, and prepare USB media for feature releases, while supporting Office deployments and security policy implementations. The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree, 5+ years of experience, and the ability to obtain IRS High Risk level clearance.

Qualifications

• Strong experience administering Windows 10/11 desktop environments, including imaging, deployment, updates, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to maintain and update workstation images and task sequences with SCCM and/or System Center Suite.
• Experience creating and updating WIMs for feature updates via MDT/MDT-based workflows.
• Experience generating standalone deployment media (USB) for feature releases.
• Familiarity with Office deployments and upgrades.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot failed deployments and optimize client health.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, update, and troubleshoot workstation images and task sequences using SCCM/MECM and MDT.
• Create / update Windows Imaging Format (WIM) for Windows 10/11 feature updates.
• Generate standalone deployment media (USB) for annual feature releases.
• Support Office deployments/upgrades and manage deployment methods.
• Troubleshoot failed deployments and client health issues.
• Develop and document Windows imaging and deployment procedures and lifecycle.
