Job summary

GDIT is seeking a Systems Administrator (MECM) to support enterprise workstation and server management using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager. The role requires TS/SCI clearance and a strong MECM background, with responsibilities spanning packaging, deployment, imaging, and patching across Windows environments.

You will contribute to secure, compliant, mission-ready systems for INSCOM and collaborate with Tier 1/2 teams while supporting Ad, STIG compliance, and script-based automation.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting MECM including packaging, deployments, and client health troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with Windows Server, Windows OS installation and patching via Configuration Manager.
• Ability to assist with workstation imaging, OS deployments, and automated application distribution.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory administration, including user/group management for MECM operations.
• Basic PowerShell scripting for automating tasks and installation scripting.

Responsibilities

• Build MECM application packages and deploy to servers/workstations.
• Support installation, configuration, and patching of applications and Windows OS via SCCM.
• Create and maintain standardized workstation images and support imaging for new builds.
• Maintain automated deployment packages and troubleshoot software distribution issues.
• Develop scripts to automate tasks and support software installation.
• Support OS deployments across workstations and updates.
• Assist with COTS/GOTS software configuration in the enterprise.
• Provide user support and escalate Tier 1/2 issues.
• Help maintain server STIG compliance with IA teams.
• Perform routine Active Directory tasks for MECM support.
