Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Systems & Integration Support Analyst in the United States to design, develop, and maintain software applications for government operations. You will translate business needs into secure, reliable solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fully remote setup.

The role emphasizes coding, testing, and documentation aligned with Agile Scrum practices, with opportunities to influence system integration and modernization across enterprise applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, Information Systems, or related field; or two years of college plus three to five years of relevant experience.
• At least two years of experience in software engineering, systems analysis, or related functions.
• Knowledge of computer systems and database management system design and maintenance.
• Familiarity with current software methodologies, design techniques, development standards, and best practices.
• Experience with at least one programming language and Microsoft development tools, including analysis, development, maintenance, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and modules following established practices.
• Analyze and refine system requirements, define architecture, and create technical documentation.
• Collaborate with partners, end users, engineers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide engineering expertise.
• Evaluate technologies and tools to improve performance and supportability.
• Apply systems engineering best practices to enhance reliability, security, and sustainability.
• Conduct unit/integration testing against defined acceptance criteria.
• Translate requirements into technical specifications and code for modules and components.
• Produce technical documentation and training materials for users and partners.
• Support production incidents, prepare release packages, and update work items in Azure DevOps.
