Holistic Industries is seeking a Systems Engineer to maintain and optimize our network infrastructure while ensuring performance, security, and reliability across locations. The role emphasizes remote-based work with travel for on-site needs.

You will design, monitor, and troubleshoot networks, implement VPNs and firewalls, and keep topology diagrams up to date as the company expands.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, IPsec and SSL VPN concepts.
• Experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and monitoring tools.
• M365 administration in business environments over the past 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Design, collaborate, and maintain network infrastructure across locations.
• Monitor performance, traffic, and security to prevent issues.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, performance bottlenecks, and outages.
• Implement and manage firewalls, VPNs, and security tools.
• Upgrade hardware and configurations to improve reliability.
• Maintain clear topology diagrams and security documentation.
