Job summary

Integra Mission Critical is seeking a Network Engineer to design, deploy and support the company’s network infrastructure across corporate and field locations. You will work remotely with periodic on-site deployment or hands-on troubleshooting as required, ensuring reliable secure connectivity for construction projects, remote sites and project offices.

You will collaborate with IT, cybersecurity, vendors and contractors to meet technical and security standards while maintaining up-to-date

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/CS/Network Engineering preferred
• 5+ years experience administering enterprise networks
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching, VPNs
• Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, wireless APs and related equipment
• Experience supporting geographically distributed offices, remote locations or field environments
• Knowledge of network security principles, access controls and vulnerability remediation
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting tools

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, administer, maintain and troubleshoot LAN/WAN and wireless networks
• Monitor availability, performance, capacity and connectivity; analyze trends and resolve issues
• Provide network engineering support for corporate and field locations
• Coordinate with project managers, facilities and vendors for deployments and activations
• Configure, test, deploy and maintain network equipment; ensure security standards are met
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues remotely, escalate or coordinate on-site support as needed
• Maintain secure connectivity and network diagrams and documentation
• Assist with network upgrades, migrations and new site deployments
