Job summary

DYOPATH is seeking a Systems Engineer I to help maintain client environments, monitor servers, manage access, resolve connectivity issues, and provide reliable technology services. You will support standard system administration, backups, and customer communications while fostering growth in infrastructure skills.

This remote, full-time role in Mexico emphasizes customer service, documentation, and collaboration with the NOC supervisor to ensure high satisfaction and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology preferred.
• Two years of experience in networking or related technical field.
• A+ certification and Microsoft certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain user accounts, security access, and permissions for client workgroups and domains.
• Monitor servers to identify performance concerns and troubleshoot issues.
• Install new server software, apply security patches, update applications, and remove unused software.
