Job summary

DYOPATH is seeking a Systems Engineer I who blends curiosity with outstanding customer service to support client environments, monitor servers, manage access, and troubleshoot connectivity.

This remote, full-time role reports to the Supervisor, NOC, and offers a monthly pay of MXN 25,000–29,000 with benefits designed to grow your infrastructure career.

Two years in networking or a related field are preferred, with a IT degree and certifications such as A+, Microsoft, or ASTEA valued.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in networking or related technical field.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology preferred.
• A+ certification and OS/ hardware familiarity are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain user accounts, security access, and permissions for client workgroups and domains.
• Monitor servers to identify performance concerns and troubleshoot issues.
• Install new server software, apply security patches, update existing applications, and remove unused software.
• Conduct backups and preventative maintenance for client systems.
• Respond to user connectivity concerns and resolve issues within the scope of the role.

• Schedule: 12p-8p EST Monday - Friday
• Pay Rate: $25,000-29,000 MXN Monthly

Your Mission as a Systems Engineer I

• Create and maintain user accounts, security access, and permissions for client workgroups and domains.
• Maintain familiarity with client hardware and operating systems.
• Monitor servers to identify performance concerns and troubleshoot issues.
• Install new server software, apply security patches, update existing applications, and remove unused software.
• Conduct backups and preventative maintenance for client systems.
• Respond to user connectivity concerns and resolve issues within the scope of the role.
• Escalate more complex technical problems to the appropriate higher-level engineer.
• Teach users how to operate equipment and use supported technology effectively.
• Assist with communications hardware installations and minor equipment repairs as part of training and development.
• Communicate clearly with leaders, teammates, and customers.
• Help build strong customer relationships and high levels of satisfaction.

The role focuses on standard systems administration, server monitoring, maintenance, connectivity support, and customer service.

Education and Experience

• Two years of experience in a networking or related technical field.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology is preferred.

Preferred Certifications and Knowledge

• A+ certification
• OEM equipment certifications
