DYOPATH is seeking a Systems Engineer I to support client environments, monitor server performance, manage access, and resolve connectivity issues. You will help ensure reliable technology delivery and user satisfaction while growing in a customer-focused infrastructure role.

The role emphasizes systems administration, server monitoring, and hands-on experience with security updates, backups, and deployment tasks.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a networking or related technical field.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain user accounts, security access, and permissions for client workgroups and domains.
• Monitor servers to identify performance concerns and troubleshoot issues.
• Install new server software, apply security patches, update existing applications, and remove unused software.
• Conduct backups and preventative maintenance for client systems.
• Respond to user connectivity concerns and resolve issues within the scope of the role.
• Escalate more complex technical problems to the appropriate higher-level engineer.
• Communicate clearly with leaders, teammates, and customers.
