Reflect Health is seeking a Systems Engineer to own the Impact claims platform end to end. You will build and maintain applications, integrations, and database logic powering claims adjudication, while applying systems engineering practices and vendor management.

This is a hybrid role for someone who can bridge engineering, business stakeholders, and outside vendors. You will design, develop, and test enhancements, write advanced SQL queries, and use scripting to automate manual work.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in database/application development, systems engineering, or a related technical role.
• 3-5+ years developing, maintaining healthcare data integrations (e.g., 837, 835, 999).
• Experience with Impact or similar claims platforms preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and enhance the Impact claims platform and its integrations.
• Develop and test system enhancements per specs; refactor and fix bugs.
• Automate tasks with scripting (Python, PowerShell); build tools.
• Collaborate with vendors and cross‑functional teams on integrations and system rebuilds.
