Job summary

Businessolver is seeking a Systems Architect I to lead requirements gathering, analyze client needs, and translate them into actionable configurations on Benefitsolver. You will collaborate with onboarding teams to ensure accurate, efficient implementations that meet client requirements.

Candidates bring 5+ years in implementation or project management, strong data analysis, and hands-on experience with system configuration, testing, and ETL processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent 5+ years' implementation/project management experience.
• 3–6 years experience gathering/analyzing data for system requirements and ETL processes.
• 1–3 years experience writing test plans & test cases.
• Experience with requirements gathering, functional/data analysis, system design and configuration.
• Ability to document data types, rules, mapping and conversation requirements.
• Experience with scripting/client-side programming language.
• Coordinate and conduct system and user acceptance testing.
• Maintain system documentation for internal/external use.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with diverse resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions with customers and produce platform requirements.
• Gather, analyze, and understand system requirements for ongoing work and Annual Enrollment.
• Troubleshoot with customers regarding platform questions and issues.
• Design solutions with Architect II resources to leverage best practices.
• Complete Decision Support documents and create work requests for configuration resources.
• Support configuration of defined platform requirements with Configuration Specialists.
• Work within project timelines/SLAs to meet business objectives.
• Build trusted client partnerships.
