Job summary

Businessolver is seeking a Systems Architect I to discover and analyze client needs and implement them on the Benefitsolver platform. This role defines configurations and collaborates with onboarding to ensure seamless integration and support for users.

The gig includes leading requirements sessions, gathering platform requirements, and troubleshooting with customers, while partnering with architects and configuration teams to deliver effective onboarding solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent; 5+ years in implementation or project management.
• 3–6 years data gathering, analysis, and ETL for data transactions.
• 1–3 years experience writing test plans and test cases.
• Experience with requirements gathering, functional/data analysis, and system design and configuration.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements sessions with customers and define platform requirements.
• Analyze system requirements for ongoing work and Annual Enrollment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform questions with customers.
• Collaborate with Architect II to design best-practices solutions.
• Complete decision support docs and create work requests for resources.
• Work with configuration specialists to support platform configurations.
• Meet project timelines and SLAs; exceed expectations.
• Build trusted client partnerships.
