Lifetime Benefit Solutions is seeking an experienced Product Configuration/Technical Analyst to design, implement, and govern product configuration data and system interfaces. The role emphasizes architecture, testing, and continuous improvement across core systems and integrations.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in process management, and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with IT, product, and enrollment operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field with a minimum of four years of user experience in process management/improvement.
• In lieu of degree, a minimum of eight years of relevant operations/process management/improvement experience.
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and principles.
• Demonstrated strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develops process improvements to ensure end-to-end continuity across units.
• Leads cross-functional teams and coordinates projects across multiple locations.
• Applies advanced methodologies to investigate and solve complex end-to-end processes.
• Documents and communicates architecture strategies and governance for improvements.
