Job summary

Mayroad is seeking a strategic Systems Analyst to optimize technology platforms and processes across the company. You will partner with IT Management and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective solutions and deliver improvements for efficiency and data visibility.

The role focuses on supporting property management software (Yardi), developing dashboards and KPIs, and ensuring value from technology investments.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Development, or related field.
3+ years of experience in IT support, business administration, or related activities.
2+ years of Yardi experience required.
CompTIA A+ certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Serves as Mayroad’s technology partner for business applications including Yardi.
Provides day-to-day application support and analyzes business and system requirements.
Coordinates enhancements and develops dashboards, KPIs, and scorecards.
Documents processes and performs training recommendations based on trends.
Supports and tracks technology initiatives and ensures reliable operations.
