Job summary

Mayroad is seeking a Systems Analyst to optimize technology platforms and processes that support our business operations. You will partner with leaders and functional teams to identify technology needs, resolve system issues, and deliver improvements that strengthen efficiency, data visibility, and the employee experience.

You will work closely with IT Management and business stakeholders to support Yardi and translate operational requirements into effective solutions while ensuring Mayroad

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, business development, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT support or business administration.
• 2+ years of Yardi experience required.
• CompTIA A+ certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Acts as Technology Services partner; focuses on requirements and value of tech investments.
• Provides daily support of property management software (Yardi) for Mayroad employees.
• Coordinates with IT Management to identify improvement opportunities.
• Serves as company expert on property management software and communicates with Yardi users.
• Creates scorecards, KPIs, and dashboards to monitor performance.
• Documents all processes and drives training recommendations.
