Job summary

Harmony Healthcare IT in South Bend, IN seeks a Systems Analyst II to perform data extraction for migrations, sales engineering, and Health Data Archiver (HDA) support. This in-office, hybrid role may be remote if not local to South Bend.

The candidate will lead HDA support, analyze databases remotely, collaborate with Data Integration Specialists, and assist in data prep and complex installations. Three+ years with databases and ETL are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least three years of experience with databases, MS SQL Server imports and linked servers.
• Experience with ETL processes.
• Familiarity with HDA application and database structure.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Health Data Archiver (HDA) application support efforts by handling support tickets and guiding others.
• Remotely connect to customer machines to analyze databases and system structures.
• Ensure timely information sharing with appropriate staff.
• Collaborate with Data Integration Specialists to ensure required data availability.
• Act as a technical resource for the Project Management team.
• Assist in day-to-day data prep tasks and overall department support.
• Perform data extracts and load into HHIT’s MS SQL Server.
• Assist in deployments of complex installations and maintenance.
