Job summary

Harmony Healthcare IT (HHIT) is seeking a Systems Analyst II to perform data extraction for migrations, support Health Data Archiver (HDA), and assist data prep tasks. This role is in-office, in-person, or hybrid if local to South Bend.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and at least three years of experience with databases, MS SQL Server imports, linked servers, ETL processes, and secure data transfers. U.S. work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in data management or healthcare IT.
• Experience with databases and flat file systems.
• MS SQL Server imports and linked servers knowledge.
• ETL processes experience and secure file transfers.

Responsibilities

• Lead Health Data Archiver (HDA) application support, handling tickets and guiding others.
• Remote analysis of databases and systems to support projects.
• Collaborate with Data Integration Specialists to ensure data availability for projects.
• Serve as a technical resource for the Project Management team.
• Assist in data preparation and day-to-day tasks for the Systems Analysis group.
• Assist in deploying new installations of HHIT products.
