Job summary

Harmony Healthcare IT (HHIT) is seeking a Data Conversion Specialist to lead data conversion efforts. You will work with customer SMEs, technical resources, and vendors to design data conversion requirements and ensure accurate data ingestion.

The role supports in-office, in-person, or hybrid work for South Bend locals, and remote work for others. It requires go-live readiness, strong SQL skills, and experience with MSSQL and PostgreSQL.

Responsibilities

• Design requirements for data conversion projects to meet vendor ingestion specs.
• Act as technical lead for data conversions and perform business analysis with stakeholders.
• Read, understand, and produce technical specifications and project docs.
• Maintain internal process docs reflecting best practices for data conversion.
• Collaborate with Data Automation Developers to develop validation methods.
• Propose and implement methods to increase data conversion efficiency.
• Communicate status and escalations to the Data Integration Manager.
