Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• HIPAA/privacy familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand the SOW and how it maps to project deliverables.
• Lead implementation planning meetings for data and HDA configuration.
• Discuss legacy system usage and future workflow needs with customers.
• Create HDA specifications based on SOW information.
• Identify training needs and tailor content accordingly.
• Validate HDA application and document findings.
• Deliver customer training sessions.
• Develop project-specific validation test plans.
• Support clients and Data Integrity Team during validation.
• Deliver deployed data sources to stakeholders.
• Assist with post-deploy HDA support.
• Own timely completion of executable tasks.
• Provide excellent, courteous customer service.
• Participate in committees as requested.
