Job summary

Climate First Bank is seeking a Systems Analyst to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-wide workflows on the Jack Henry Silverlake Core System. You will work with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and data-driven decision making.

The ideal candidate has banking core systems experience, workflow automation expertise, and knowledge of APIs/integrations. A bachelor’s degree or 3+ years in related work is expected. Remote US role with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with workflow automation, business process improvement, or systems analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business, or related field OR 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with core banking systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise‑wide workflows.
• Collaborate with IT, Operations, Compliance, and other departments to ensure workflows meet requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and documentation.
