Job summary

Climate First Bank is hiring a Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain enterprise data pipelines across cloud, on‑prem, and hybrid environments. You will integrate core banking data, APIs, and SaaS sources while ensuring secure, reliable data delivery for reporting and analytics.

The role requires strong SQL, Python, ETL/ELT development, and experience with Azure Data Factory and SQL Server. Banking experience is a plus; remote U.S. work is supported.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of data engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience with banking/financial services is a plus.
• Strong SQL, data integration, and data modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain end‑to‑end ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Own source connectivity, transformation, loading, and validation.
• Develop scalable data models for analytics and reporting.
• Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to deliver trusted data.
