Climate First Bank is seeking a Systems Analyst to lead design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-wide workflows on the Jack Henry Silverlake Core System. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.

The role requires experience with banking core systems, workflow automation platforms, and APIs, plus the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience with workflow automation platforms.
• Knowledge of core banking systems, preferably Jack Henry Silverlake.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation and optimization of enterprise workflows.
• Collaborate with IT, Operations, Compliance to meet requirements.
• Develop documentation and training materials for processes.
• Serve as SME on workflow governance and best practices.
