Job summary

Municipal Credit Union is seeking a QA and Testing Analyst to independently analyze business and technical requirements, develop testing strategies, and perform functional and user acceptance testing for core credit union technologies.

You will collaborate with Software Development, IT Operations, Information Security, and business stakeholders to create test plans, cases, and automation ensuring quality across web, mobile, API, and data platforms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on QA, testing, business systems analysis, or software development experience preferred.
• Experience testing enterprise applications, integrations, APIs, databases, and vendor platforms in a regulated environment preferred.
• Financial services or credit union experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end testing lifecycle for multiple, complex technology initiatives.
• Create test plans for major platform deployments, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Review requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and designs for testability.
• Develop risk-based test strategies and detailed test artifacts.
