UST is seeking a System Analyst to support the Applications team. The role develops and maintains various electronic files, executes service requests for existing files, and participates in meetings to assist internal and external customers.

You will create and optimize SQL queries for data integration, and work with Visual Studio, SSMS, Visual Cron, Jira, SolarWinds and C# to develop and maintain electronic files.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, Visual Studio and C# knowledge.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Responsabilidades

• Developing and maintaining internal and external file interfaces, requirements, and associated systems/applications. Including HIPAA Standard 5010 layout (834 file), proprietary file layout, inload schema for accuracy and to be able to provide feedback.
• Collaborates and partners with internal and external customers including team members and other departments to deliver flawless first client implementations and renewals.
• Create, enhance, and develop SQL queries for data integration, and data cleansing.
• Develop and maintain electronic files using Visual Studio, Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, Visual Cron, Jira, Solarwinds and C#.
• Responsible for managing, prioritizing, and completing open service requests for existing products and services in a timely manner to support our clients and vendors. Escalates when necessary.
• Competently documents or enhances processes/procedures to promote streamlined processes for the Software Analyst team to ensure team members can competently complete service requests.
