You will perform software installations, monitor performance, manage licenses, backups, and security practices. The role requires a relevant degree or extensive experience and offers a home-based work arrangement with periodic on-site meetings at Regions offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or technical training with 4+ years of related IT experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Performs software installations and upgrades to operating systems and layered software packages.
• Monitors and tunes system performance to meet processing requirements.
• Maintains data integrity and proper backups for systems and databases.
• Ensures compliance with IT policies and risk management.
