Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or four years of related experience.
• HS diploma or GED with eight years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Installs, configures, and maintains operating system workstations and servers.
• Schedules installations and upgrades and ensures compliance with IT policies and procedures.
• Monitors and tunes the system for optimum performance.
• Monitors system software licensing and maintenance agreements.
• Ensures data integrity and manages backups and archival operations.
• Supports media management and offsite storage.
• Develops and promotes standard operating procedures.
• Conducts routine hardware and software audits for compliance.
• Maintains the configuration database/library and supporting documentation.
• Performs scripting as needed (PowerShell and Bash).
• Ensures compliance with risk management and change control practices.
