Job summary

INKIT INC. is seeking a Systems Administrator to own identity, SaaS, and cloud security across core platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, and Azure AD. You’ll enforce access controls, improve workflows, and help ensure secure access for a fast-moving organization.

The role collaborates with Security, Engineering and Operations to maintain compliance with security frameworks and support a secure, scalable infrastructure. Remote work is supported through DoD SkillBridge participation.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of systems administration and identity access management experience.
• Strong understanding of SSO, SAML, and OAuth.
• Experience implementing MFA and conditional access policies.
• Security-first mindset with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple systems and priorities effectively.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage IAM, access provisioning and deprovisioning across core platforms.
• Implement and enforce MFA, conditional access, and identity governance policies.
• Monitor logs and perform periodic access reviews for compliance.
• Respond to security incidents related to identity and access.
• Develop automations for account management, reporting, and audits.
• Collaborate with Security, HR and Engineering to enforce access policies.
