Job summary

Bristol Hospital Group is seeking a Systems Revenue Integrity Manager to lead the Revenue Integrity Department across Bristol Health enterprise. You will define strategy, oversee charge capture, revenue reconciliation, CDM management, pricing strategy, and denial prevention, driving financial improvement.

Under the Revenue Cycle Director, you will develop metrics, supervise analytics, and partner with clinical and financial leadership to maximize revenue capture and reporting accuracy.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration, or equivalent preferred.
• Eight years hospital revenue cycle or reimbursement experience, including seven years in management.
• Strong analytical and supervisory skills; ability to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Revenue Integrity Department in efficient, compliant revenue cycle operations.
• Oversee charge capture, revenue reconciliation, and CDM maintenance.
• Provide reporting and analytics to support financial improvement.
• Collaborate with clinical and departmental leadership to prioritize improvements.
• Develop and monitor meaningful metrics and KPIs.
