Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with five years job-related experience or 10 years of direct grant and philanthropy experience may be accepted in lieu of bachelor’s degree.
• Some travel required.

• Lead system-wide grants strategy across Baptist Health in partnership with Foundation leadership.
• Collaborate with System/Market Foundation and Financial teams to align grant initiatives with the mission.
• Report to the VP of Philanthropy and support staff on grant compliance and partnerships.
