Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a System Grants Director to lead a system-wide grants strategy across our health network. This remote role requires residency in Kentucky or Indiana and partners with Foundation leadership to drive grant performance at local markets and system level.

You will help establish a cohesive grants management system, align pre- and post-award practices, and secure revenue to advance the Baptist Health mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with five years job-related experience. 10 years of direct grant and philanthropy experience may be accepted in lieu of bachelor’s degree.
• Some travel required.

Responsibilities

• Lead system-wide grants strategy in partnership with Foundation leadership.
• Drive grant performance in local markets and at system level.
• Establish cohesive grants management system informed by best practices in pre- and post-award services.
• Secure revenue to support the Baptist Health mission.
• Report to the VP of Philanthropy and collaborate with System/Market Foundation and Finance teams.
