Job Description

MUST HAVE:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field
5+ years ‘minimum experience as a Systems Analyst with experience in:
Requirement gathering and systems analysis
Developing and managing technical documentation including business rules/logic and database actions
Maintaining existing computing applications
Application testing
Advanced troubleshooting and resolution
Monitoring service desk queue’s and ticketing systems
Experience with Windows including winforms, webforms, MVC, ASP, batch console, WCF, and Class Library
Database tools experience with SQL Developer, SSMS-SQL Server Management Studio, and z/OS SPUFI
Ability to analyze processes and workflows to design efficient information solutions, prepare complex computer program specifications and test plans, translate high level business requirements into detailed business requirements and/or functional specifications
Experience with programming languages SQL, COBOL, JCL, DOS scripting, and Focus
Database platform experience with DB2, Oracle, and SQL Server
Strong working knowledge with Microsoft Office
Experience with Active Directory security
Working knowledge of Citrix
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
