Job summary

TrueLogic is seeking a Senior IT professional to secure and scale our digital workplace infrastructure. You will architect identity management and Apple ecosystem operations for a fast-paced media environment, guiding automation and critical IT projects.

Responsibilities include Okta-based IAM (OIDC, SAML, OAuth), Jamf device fleet management, scripting for automation, and leading cloud migrations with strong documentation and ticket hygiene. This is a 100% remote role in the United States.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in Senior IT, Sysadmin, or Systems Engineering roles.
• Expert-level knowledge of Okta and Jamf.
• Deep understanding of identity protocols (OIDC, SAML, OAuth) and device security.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language for automation.
• Experience leading SDLC-driven projects.
• Strong English communication in a documentation-heavy environment.

Responsibilities

• Identity & Access Management: Own OIDC, SAML, and OAuth configurations within Okta.
• Fleet Management: Manage and maintain a global fleet of Apple devices using Jamf.
• Automation & Scripting: Develop scripts (Python, Bash, etc.) to automate repetitive IT tasks, deployments, and system integrations.
• Project Leadership: Lead IT infrastructure projects from conception to completion, including documentation and cross-functional task delegation.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain high standards for ticket hygiene and technical documentation while supporting system design and architecture.
• Infrastructure Support: Assist with cloud migrations (ESX to Cloud) and support Google Workspace and network routing (OSI model) troubleshooting.
