Truelogic Software LLC is seeking a senior IT professional to architect and operate our identity management and Apple ecosystem for a fast-paced digital media client. You will automate workflows, drive security, and manage mission-critical IT projects in a fully remote role.

With 4–6 years in senior IT or systems engineering, you will own Okta and Jamf configurations, lead SDLC initiatives, and collaborate across time zones while delivering reliable infrastructure for a global audience.

• 4–6 years in Senior IT, Sysadmin, or Systems Engineering roles within a professional environment.
• Expert-level knowledge of Okta and Jamf is mandatory.
• Deep understanding of identity protocols (OIDC, SAML, OAuth) and IT end-user device security.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language for system automation.
• Proven ability to lead solo technical projects and manage a Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Exceptional English skills; ability to work effectively in an asynchronous, documentation-heavy environment.
• Familiarity with GitOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and LLM usage for productivity.

• Infrastructure Support: Assist with cloud migrations (ESX to Cloud) and support Google Workspace and network routing (OSI model) troubleshooting.

Job Summary

This role is critical in ensuring the security, scalability, and seamless operation of our digital workplace infrastructure.
