Job summary

SafeSplash Brands, LLC is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative to support inbound inquiries for our swim lessons and programs. This remote role requires friendly, sales-aware service to enroll students, answer questions, and coordinate with swim schools and the contact center.

Ideal candidates are reliable, fast learners with strong communication skills, able to work mornings/afternoons/evenings and weekends, and maintain accurate customer records while delivering a seamless,

Qualifications

• Able to work independently in a remote setting with regular attendance.
• Strong written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via phone, email, chat, and text to address questions about swim lessons.
• Enroll customers in swim programs and provide solutions to enhance satisfaction.
• Process enrollment changes and document requests per policy.
• Coordinate with swim school locations and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate customer information and meet performance standards.
