Job summary

SafeSplash is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support inbound inquiries for our swim programs. You will use sales and service skills to identify needs, enroll students, and assist existing customers, ensuring a seamless experience across locations and the contact center.

We are hiring for full-time? Actually part-time representatives to cover mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends, 30-40 hours per week in a remote setting. Excellent communication and reliability are essential.
