Job summary

Hyperproof is seeking an SVP of Platform to guide Platform Product and Engineering, ensuring scalable, secure, and AI-enabled foundations for our core B2B SaaS platform. Reporting to the CEO, you will unify product and engineering leadership, shape the architecture, data infra, and AI tooling, and drive enterprise growth.

You will lead a globally distributed team, champion DX and platform standards, and architect data pipelines for AI ingestion, dashboards, and analytics.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading software product/engineering in a fast-growing B2B SaaS company.
• 5+ years in an executive-level leadership role (SVP/VP or equivalent).
• Experience unifying product and engineering into platform delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide unified executive leadership to platform architects, product managers, and engineers.
• Define the technical roadmap for enterprise platform and AI capabilities.
• Drive platform-driven growth metrics (ARR, NRR, GRR) and cost optimization.
• Centralize core platform capabilities: authentication, roles, workflows, logging.
