Job summary

SourceNow seeks a Vice President of Engineering & AI to lead the SN1 platform with hands-on coding, architectural leadership, and AI capability development. You will drive scalable design, API ecosystems, and production AI delivery while collaborating with Product and executive teams.

This role blends executive strategy with active coding and system-building, demanding deep software engineering expertise and proven leadership in an enterprise SaaS environment.

Qualifications

Hands-on engineering leader who still builds and writes production-quality code.
Current software engineer with credible architectural and coding skills.
Strong ownership of full-stack design, APIs, and scalable systems.
Experience leading software engineering teams and delivering enterprise-grade products.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the technical roadmap for SN1 across software, AI, and IT.
Lead and mentor engineers, recruit top talent, and drive delivery accountability.
Architect scalable cloud-based systems and ensure reliability and security.
Develop and deploy production AI applications and AI-powered capabilities.
Collaborate with Product, Customers, and executives to translate strategy into architecture.
