Morning Consult is seeking an SVP, Head of Sales to build and scale the go‑to‑market organization for Morning Consult Intelligence. You will own the full sales cycle for subscription products, lead an Account Executive team, and drive growth from existing markets while standing up new ones.

• Led and scaled a subscription or SaaS sales organization from the ground up.
• Track record of forecasting and pipeline discipline at multi‑million dollar scale.
• Experience building international sales capability and travel willingness.

Responsabilités

• Own $30-40M revenue target for Morning Consult Intelligence and growth.
• Directly manage Account Executive team and build sales management layer.
• Lead international expansion efforts (UK now, Singapore/Australia later).
• Own forecasting, pipeline, territory segmentation, and accountability.
• Champion AI tools in sales processes and client proposals.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product for alignment.
