Job summary

Morning Consult is seeking a VP, Head of Sales to lead the go-to-market for Morning Consult Intelligence. This role manages an Account Executive team, drives new-logo acquisition, and owns the full sales cycle for our subscription intelligence products.

You will travel internationally to stand up new markets and build a scalable, AI-enabled sales motion that can be replicated across regions. You’ll report to the CRO and collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product.

Qualifications

5+ years of sales leadership experience.
Experience building sales capability in new international markets.
Track record of forecasting and pipeline discipline at scale (~$20M+).
Comfort with travel, including international travel.

Responsibilities

Own the $30-40M Morning Consult Intelligence revenue target, sustaining 20-30% annual growth.
Directly manage and coach the Account Executive team (~12 today).
Build scalable sales infrastructure: process, onboarding, enablement.
Lead international expansion and stand up new markets (UK now, Singapore and Australia next).
Own forecasting and pipeline discipline in Salesforce, deliver reliable numbers to leadership.
Partner with Customer Success to ensure clean handoff and identify expansion opportunities.
