Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in sales leadership, business development, or growth strategy.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving performance improvements.
• Strong analytics, KPI development, and data-driven decision making.

Responsabilités

• Giver Growth & Relationship Strategy: lead national growth, prospecting, and relationship expansion.
• Sales Effectiveness, Coaching & Field Enablement: coach Relationship Managers and enable scalable field practices.
• Performance, Analytics & Network Leadership: drive CRM analytics, dashboards, and accountability.
