Position Overview

The SVP, Strategic Giver Growth and Field Effectiveness provides national leadership for strengthening giver growth and Relationship Manager effectiveness across NCF’s network. Serving office Presidents, field leaders, and Relationship Managers, this role develops and advances a consistent approach to prospecting, relationship development, opportunity advancement, and giver expansion. The position connects growth strategy, coaching, technology, data, and proven practices to strengthen field performance and inspire greater biblical generosity.

This leader establishes the strategy, frameworks, performance disciplines, and field capabilities that enable local teams to identify and develop prospective givers, deepen existing relationships, strengthen advisor and referral channels, and recognize opportunities for more strategic and complex giving. The role leverages CRM, analytics, learning, marketing, and communications to improve pipeline visibility, accountability, and decision-making while identifying and scaling successful practices across NCF’s local markets.

The SVP reports to the EVP of Network Relations and provides leadership through influence, coaching, field credibility, and cross-functional partnership.
