Job summary

Veralto seeks a Sustainability Data Systems Manager to advance corporate sustainability data systems, governance, and reporting across the global enterprise. The role collaborates with Sustainability, Finance, EHS, HR, Legal, and operating companies to ensure data quality and repeatable, auditable processes.

You will help scale reporting, adopt standard work, and support global stakeholders in the first 12–18 months, with limited travel and a hybrid work arrangement based in Waltham, MA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and experience in improving business processes, reporting workflows, or data collection programs within a complex organization.
• Experience with enterprise data management systems, reporting platforms, or business process tools.
• Experience using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage and continuously improve Veralto's sustainability data systems and high-quality reporting across the enterprise.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations using strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Develop standardized data collection processes and documentation to improve consistency and scalability.
