Job summary

Vantage Data Centers seeks a Global Sustainability Data Lead to own the design and governance of the company's sustainability data ecosystem. You will drive repeatable, auditable data workflows, with strong GHG and water accounting expertise, in a Microsoft-based data environment.

You will lead end-to-end data pipelines, establish a single source of truth for metrics, and partner with IT to align security and platform roadmaps while delivering reporting for annual disclosures and investor

Qualifications

• 7-10 years in sustainability reporting, analytics, or data governance roles.
• Experience designing/trans forming structured sustainability data collection and reporting across multi-site organizations.
• Proven track record moving sustainability reporting from manual to system-driven.
• Experience with frameworks like GHG, CSRD/ESRS, ISSB, SASB, TCFD, GRI.

Responsibilities

• Own Sustainability data ecosystem design, governance and evolution.
• Lead data pipelines with SQL/Python in a Microsoft-based environment.
• Develop datasets and semantic data models for reporting & disclosures.
• Coordinate with IT and enterprise teams to align data standards and security.
