We’reseeking a Sustainability Data Systems** Manager to help advanceVeralto’scorporate sustainability data systems, collection processes, governance practices, and reporting capabilities**across the global enterprise.
This role is ideal for someone who brings strong experience in data management, reporting processes, process documentation, systems administration, and cross-functional collaboration. This person will partner closely with Sustainability, EHS, Finance, Legal, HR, and operating company stakeholders to help bridge the gap between operational sustainability metrics and finance-style reporting discipline.
Success in this role means helpingVeraltobuild repeatable, auditable, and scalable sustainability data processes; improving the adoption of standard work; supporting global stakeholders through change; andidentifyingpractical opportunities to improve systems, reporting, and data quality over the first 12–18 months.
This position is part of the Sustainability team and is based in Waltham, Massachusetts, with a hybrid scheme.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $110,000 - $125,000 USD per year.This job is also eligible for Incentive Pay.
